Delete Your Arcus Account

If you signed up with an email or social login, Privy set up a self-custodial wallet secured by that login. Arcus never holds its keys. Your login is the only way in, so deleting your account permanently removes your access to that wallet. Withdraw your funds first. There is no undo.

If you sign in with your own wallet, the wallet is yours and stays yours. Deletion only removes what Arcus knows about it.

How to delete

Email [email protected] from your sign-in email with the subject "Delete my account". If you sign in with a wallet instead, include your wallet address and we'll ask you to sign a message to prove it's yours.

We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

What happens to your data

We delete your email, any linked Google or Apple account, your login credentials, notification data, preferences, and API keys.

We keep records of trades, deposits, and withdrawals. Transactions on the blockchain itself are public and permanent. No one can delete those, including us.
