Arcus

We’re excited to be the newest integration in Robinhood Wallet to support access to Stock Token spot trading. If a Robinhood Wallet user's swap is executed through Arcus, they may be eligible for boosted Arcus points.

Robinhood Wallet is a self-custodial wallet that provides eligible users access to Robinhood Stock Tokens, and connects users to a growing ecosystem of DeFi apps. It gives eligible users in supported jurisdictions more flexibility in how they access Stock Token spot trading while staying in control of their assets.

We’re proud to be integrated into Robinhood Wallet‘s growing ecosystem and to help bring Stock Token spot trading to more users around the world.

From Launch to $5 Billion in Volume

Arcus was built around a simple mission: empower anyone to build wealth by making investing accessible, affordable, and simple. That starts with giving traders more choice over what they trade and when they trade it.

Traditional stock markets run on a fixed schedule, but the events that move them don’t. Earnings, economic data, and global news can break at any time - and prices can move before the opening bell.

Arcus Stock Token trading went live on Robinhood Chain on July 1 with 90+ available Stock Tokens, now at over 190. Alongside Stock Token spot trading, Arcus also offers perpetual markets currently in Beta across equities, crypto, commodities, and indices, with more than 100,000 traders on the waitlist. Since launch:

  • $5B+ in total trading volume across spot and perpetual markets

  • 15,000+ unique traders

  • $500M+ in peak daily trading volume

  • $28M+ in total value locked

Now, we’re expanding that access even further by bringing Arcus’ trading infrastructure and liquidity directly into the Robinhood Wallet experience.

“The early traction reinforces what we believed from the beginning: traders want markets that are global, accessible, and always on. By making Arcus available through Robinhood Wallet, we’re expanding access to 24/7 Stock Token trading for more eligible users around the world.”

- Eddie Zhang, Founder and CEO of Arcus

What the Arcus integration means for Robinhood Wallet users

If a Robinhood Wallet user’s swap executes through Arcus, they can access:

  • Deep liquidity: Arcus’ RFQ system allows multiple professional market makers to compete to offer competitive prices for each swap, rather than relying on liquidity from a single pool. This competition helps Robinhood Wallet users access tighter spreads and deeper liquidity across Stock Tokens.

  • Boosted Arcus Points: Arcus also launched a live points incentive program for Robinhood Wallet users. Eligible Stock Token swaps can earn boosted Arcus Points, compared to eligible spot trades placed directly on Arcus.

  • Limit Orders: Arcus will also support additional functionality, including limit orders for Stock Tokens. Robinhood Wallet can also access limit orders for Stock Tokens through Arcus in the Wallet’s dapp browser.

Purpose-Built Infrastructure for Onchain RWA Ownership

Robinhood has spent more than a decade reshaping how people participate in financial markets. Through the launch of Robinhood Chain, they've taken that mission a step further: wider access to in-demand investment investment assets and continuous trading, on infrastructure purpose-built for RWAs.

By integrating the Arcus API, Robinhood Wallet gains the ability to source liquidity from a new venue, supported by Arcus’ RFQ system.

“Robinhood Chain was purpose-built to advance onchain RWA adoption. Platforms like Arcus are key to making that vision a reality by integrating their liquidity and execution infrastructure into Robinhood Wallet. Together, we’re making it easier for users around the world to gain access to Stock Tokens and economic exposure to US markets.”

- Johann Kerbrat, SVP & GM, Crypto and International, Robinhood

What is Arcus?

Arcus is a decentralized exchange built in partnership with Robinhood on Robinhood Chain. Users from eligible jurisdictions get one self-custodied account to trade Stock Tokens (spot, zero fees, 24/7), and cross-margined perpetual futures across equities, crypto, commodities, and indices - 24/7, with up to 50x leverage.

When is Arcus Launching?

Arcus is live in Beta. Spot Beta is open now to all eligible users, no waitlist needed. Perps Beta opens July 1, 2026, starting with waitlisted users and rolling out by cohort, ahead of a full launch later in the year. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when your cohort opens. Arcus isn't available in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or other restricted jurisdictions, as set out in the Terms of Use.

What's the connection to dYdX?

Arcus is the next chapter for the team that built dYdX. dYdX Chain continues to operate. Arcus introduces new asset classes - equities, indices, commodities - alongside crypto perps, on a chain purpose-built for the throughput these markets require.

How does the waitlist work?

Only perps are waitlisted; Spot Beta is open to all eligible users. To join the waitlist, visit waitlist.arcus.xyz, and connect your wallet and X account. Your position comes down to two things: your prior on-chain trading history (perps volume across venues like dYdX, Hyperliquid, and Lighter, with real-world-asset (RWA) volume as a bonus), and referrals of other validated traders. You can connect multiple wallets to aggregate your history and move up faster. The earlier you join, the earlier you trade.
